I open cable in tuner and vu+ don't detect new cable and don't show any chanel
I reset but don't detect
and flash new bh 1.7.6 and vix 3.0 but after flash by usb vu+ only show starting ..... and don't run
I flash by 3 image but only show Starting.....

Please help

Too generic.
Do you have updated Bootloader for your Duo BEFORE flash new image (if your previous image is very old - prior to BH 1.6.7 for example).
Disconnect also ALL USB devices you have connected.
