Dreambox edit won't connect to duo plus

Vu+ Newbie
Trying to connect to vu+ duo box via dreambox edit but it just refuses to connect, I just get a spinning circle while it tries to connect ( or test the ip connection) and that's it, doesn't stop after a certain amount of time telling why it won't connect.
The IP address (192.168.1.13) is definitely correct
Tried user as:
Root
Vuduo

have tried password as :
Leaving blank
Password
Dreambox
Vuoplus

If I try to connect through an iPad or pc with just the IP address connects no problem so assuming the configuration of dreambox edit isn't right somewhere....
