Driver usb lightpack clone

Hello,
I had a VU+Solo2 with a lightpack clone plugged into a USB port. Everything is working properly. Now I have a VU + UNO4KSE. The Vuplus does not detect the lightpack and in addition, it does not boot. I have attached a print screen taken from the VU + solo2 and Vu + UNO4KSE.
