Driver v3.13.5-20150317 Hang on "Starting..." :(

Hello, this site blocked in my country so access here is very hard for me :( I Hope someone help me to resolve my issue:

I'm using the BlackHole-2.1.5 and when try to update driver the device hang on "Starting..." and I have to re-image and settings...

driver version: 3.13.5-20150317 and downloaded from-> http://archive.vuplus.com/download/drivers/vuplus-dvb-modules-vusolo2-3.13.5-20150317.tar.gz
so I extracted the file and overwrite to /lib/modules/3.3.6-1.2/extra/
also there is no other usb device connected to my solo2.

what is wrong with me?

The new drivers needed some other components updated and the drivers alone cannot be used.
