Dummies Guide please?

I have just installed BH 3.0.1 on my Duo. Auto scan has found all the channels but only the free to air ones play. I need to install and run AutoBouquets but I can't for the life of me find it anywhere on the plugins menus. Also, I'm trying to ftp my cam but even though it's apparently going over to the box, nothing is playing.

I'm pretty savvy when it comes to tech but sat receivers just go over my head!

Someone help, the kids are screaming at me for TV!
