Duo hangs on boot after flashing

A new Duo, installed BH1.4.5 and it worked excellent.

After finding newer BH 1.6.6 and 1.6.7 I flashed 1.6.7 with USB.
I did not see the red letters about new bootloader, and the tuner only had Starting in the display.

I took it down and installed the new bootloader, now I got a picture on the screen, and Duo in the display. Unfortunately the screen now stops at Starting GUI or something like that. Can't use the remote, but network is working and I can use FTP or Telnet. Tried to start Enigma2 via Telnet, and something is happening, when flashing original image 6.0 I get webif.

I have tried several images, old, new and original. I have installed the bootloader several times as well.

After reading and searching the net for several hours I hope someone can help me.

Steps:
1. Update Duo Bootloader
2. Flash BH 1.6.7

If your box doesen't boot correctly again, please try to report something with serial cable or a "dmesg" output if you are lucky with network connection.
 
Problem solved :D
I did not use a TV but a computer screen with HDMI.
When I disconnected this the tuner went on and after some seconds I could plug in the screen again and everything was ok.
