Duo / DuoLE Duo wont start

Hi

I have a 3 years old Duo, It began with it restarted now and then, but now I can not turn it on. The red light in the corner is turning yellow when I press a button on the remote, but thats it.

I can here the HDD is spinning/staring up, tried to disconnect it.
Tried to load new firmware, new bootloader. But nothing happens.

What do I do?
