where do I see this display? will I see it on boot up?

1) - Poweroff your STB.
2) - Unplug all usb devices.
PowerON your STB ... with all usb devices disconnected ... when booting ... it will display the cfe bootloader version ... If you have any usb device connected --> it will not display the bootloader version.
