DUO2 keeps frozen when it is recording

My Duo 2 recently shows clearly frozen issue when it is recording.
My Duo 2 runs BH 2.1.0.1. the settings were fine. (all function are correct).
But after I updated to TSmedia 7.4, it starts to show problem (A, the TSmedia 7.4 upgrading shows error message, B, reinstallation seems oky; C, updating to 7.5 no error reported). Now I notice that when a recording is in progress, I cannot change channel no matter the target channel is bussy or not. when I change channel for more than 2-3 times, the system is frozen. I try to find a log file, but I did not find.

Any suggestion, please.

Thank you very much for your kind help . The problem starts recently. The only thing is I install and un-install the TSMedia before the problem happens. This is why I suspect the TSMedia, but I cannot find the log file. I cannot reformat the HD (which has a lot of files). The recording is no problem if I do not change channel when the recording is in progress. How to I create a log file and I can do some test. It looks like the receiver cannot manage the recording and change channel by some reasons (some files corruption)

Try with a clean image without the mentioned plugin. Also very carefully that the HDD is correctly mounted into /media/hdd

Thank @angelofsky1980 for you help. I will check the mount again if it is no issue found, I will reflash the image to see what happen before I install the mentioned plugin. I will report here after I done it (in a few days).

Hi, Angelofsky1980. I have checked the mount, it seems ok, I have tested several recordings. All of them are oky. But when I change channel during recording. The system frozen. My sawp file is set in the HDD, this harddisk has been used for more than 8 months, do we have any utility or plugin to clearup the swap files and defrag the HD?

Remove swap file from HDD and put it @USB memory cards, and did U you make/ re install a new clean BH image??

Thank you for your reply, I did not reflash the image yet because I will be away from home for a few days, I have to do it after I come back.
