My box has 2 tuners with each having IN and OUT . I just have one cable from a motorized dish coming straight to Tuner A, What should the setting be to use the tuner out to connect another box. The other box should only work when this is on standby but it does not give any signal out. AM I missing some cofiguration in the tuners ?
You have two single tuners.
You can use them both or just one.
If you want to use both you have to connect a cable between
tuner 1 (out) to tuner two (in)
You can connect other receiver to the tuner 2 (out)
In configuration with 2 tuners and only one cable motor you have to use loopthrough for Tuner 2 ( tuner B loopthrough to tuner A)
If you use onlu Tuner A I think that you already have a signal at the tuner output with only one configured tuner motor.
I am trying hotbird which is strong and FTA like Euronews HD has no Signal while BBC does, they are both strong. The Main box with direct connection from LNB is Duo2 and The out goes to UNO the second box.
I run both boxes with the motor.
The Uno does have an LNB out but I prefer to use it on Duo2. ONLY 1 box I use at one time so one is always on stand by.
Tuner A is perfect with all transponders while on second box signals are weak even when comparing the same channel.
