Duo2 recording issue

Hallo.

Why cant i record a channel and watch another on my Duo2 ?
I have BlackHole 2.1.7 and my configuration is: two seperate tuners pointing at 1W and 4.8E

Enyone know why?? i can see that others have same problem but i cant find any soloutins!
 
While you are watching a channel, you can register another channel broadcasted from the same transponder (of the channel you are watching), or any channel broadcasted from the other satellite.
 
You shouldn't have any problems.
Are you checking FTA channels?
Are you using a fixed dish system, with 2 feeds, from each LNB, going seperately to each tuner?
Can you please provide more detailed information, regarding your satellite set up, and tuner configurations.
