I am about to order a duo2, but before that, I thought I might ask here to see if it will meet my expectations.
We are 2 people here, my wife and I (SOHO setup).
And, we both use computers quite intensively; i.e., we look at computer displays most of the time; i.e. not much time to look at TVs screens. TVs are in other rooms anyway.
I would like the duo2 to be in the attic where other network and disk storage devices are; and stream TV channels over the network to our computers.
Now, my question: Suppose I purchased with 2 card with C/T tuners (we have cable here), would each one of us be able select (different) channels from our respective computers and watch them on our displays?
My next question is this: Although, as far as computers go, I am not a newbie, I am a total n00b when it comes to duo2.
Is it hard to set it up to provide the above functionality? Is there a tutorial for this sort of thing?
