Duo2 Thinks its Data

My Duo2 has BH Ver 2.1.0 and it has a strange problem as when I manually add a Transponder (a Feed) and search for it it FINDS ONE transponder but shows nothing in that Found window (Channel name) and when I try to find it anywhere in the Duo2 its not there but the most concerning thing is when I upload all data from the Duo2 via Dreambox Edit to my computer I find this transponder but it says its DATA not TV and it is not Data as I have loaded this transponder in two Openboxes + a AZBox and all is 100% ok on these 3 boxes.
This Feed is a S2 H264. can anyone suggest why the Duo2 is doing this and 1/ It does not show its name when doing a manual scan 2/ why is it saying its DATA when its not DATA (possible has it got data mixed with video/tv)

Can you please supply more detailed information, regarding the feed:
Satellite
Frequency
Pol;arity
Symbol Rate
FEC

I assume S2 equates to HD DVB-S2, is it 8PSK or QPSK?
H is for Horizontal polarity, but what is 264?

?? perhaps:

-"H.264 is perhaps best known as being one of the video encoding standards for Blu-ray Discs; all Blu-ray Disc players must be able to decode H.264. It is also widely used by streaming internet sources, such as videos from Vimeo, YouTube, and the iTunes Store, web software such as the Adobe Flash Player and Microsoft Silverlight, and also various HDTV broadcasts over terrestrial (ATSC, ISDB-T, DVB-T or DVB-T2), cable (DVB-C), and satellite (DVB-S and DVB-S2)."

Yes the feed was HD DVB S2 8PSK. No the "H" in this case is not the Polarity the Polarity was in Vertical but when the duo2 bought this up as DATA i immediately used Transedit to take a sample of the stream but I noticed under "STREAM TYPE" It was H.264 Not the usual stream type Mpeg4 Video, or Mpeg2 Video which is shown on majority of HD Streams.
