Duo2 Tuner problems

Hi to all
I have just installed my new Duo2 an I am having problems with the tuners, I have 4 tuners, three attached to fixed dishes and one on a movable dish using a v2Box.

When I first installed, three tuners worked OK but I have been unable to get the forth to work! I have
Black Hole galaxy 2.0.5 installed and in desperation I downloaded 31 updates from the Black hole server now, the other tuner that is attached to the one that I`m unable to get to work has also stopped working.

So I`m left with a Sky dish with two tuners working only.

First of all check all connections are good and that they are not short circuiting.

If your happy the connections are good, then swap the tuners over, this "should" then tell you if you have a box fault or a tuner fault.

Hi Evo thanks for the advice.
I swopped the tuners over and they proved to be OK, next I had a brain wave I configured them all as simple and small, and they all worked so I traced all the lnb wires and it turned out when I swopped out my DM8000 for the Vu+ I had wrongly color coded two of the wires! glad it wasn't an air bag wires !

I know its early days yet but I think its a little slow to change channel and very slow to scan satellites, how good the tuners are still open to test, as I have lost some channels on Thor that I got with the old 8000 every thing else including the picture seems to be good.

Good to hear you don't have a hardware fault and that all is now working.

I can't comment on the scanning of sats as I don't have and never have had a Dm8000 to compare with.

All I can say is my duo2 seems to scan quick enough, and I don't have any issue's with how fast it changes channels either.
