duo2 turner problem

I have a DUO2 with 3 tuners
with image B.H 3.0.2F
since I installed this
It was never the same DUO2
not can record one channel and watch another
sometimes can not even see the channel that this recording
sometimes I can not see the channel that this recording
install new image and it is all right for a while
then back to fail tuners
someone can help me?

because epg works not well
