Easy Way for up2date Sat-frequencies!

Hi...it sounds nice to have auto Update of Frequencies...but how to install it on the box?? ...and THANKS for such program anyway :) Regards...
 
its nice from you to share this with us ..but I think more information about it would be much nicer.. what does it do ? how it does it ?and what to do with it ? and how to do it!! .not every body here is BH expert(including me) I think twice before unzipping a file to my pc ,,don't you?
