As I know there is no way to edit a backup file..
ps: keep attention to board rules!

Before making a backup, Read Forum Rules, Please! No emu's here!

Yes I have read Forum RULES NO EMU just asking if editor is available answer given thank you was not sharing here purpose is to test for bugs with add ons etc and to REMOVE any item that may be a infringement of rules.
easier to backup true image than remove items 1st as removal may miss the issue/bug!

Aware of board rules Thank you for giving answer required.
However I am disillusioned that EMU is automatically raised .I infact wanted to make sure that NO breach was made hence edit any thing out that should not be there.
The testing is done between close friends and relatives not on the net:sad:

I/we do not want to repeat every day twice
It is not allowed any kind of discussion about EMU.
Not even as a backup.

We are not here parrots
There are forum rules before putting the post everyone needs to read them.

Not smart but doable.

From your "Full Personal backup" you could create a "Partly Personal Backup" via:
0. Make a copy of your "Full Personal backup" (so you won't loose it when creating the "Partly Personal Backup")
1. Clean install
2. Restore only the desired parts from your "Full Personal backup"
3. Make a Personal Backup (This is your new "Partly Personal Backup")

Best regards
