Edit Mytube settings

I'm editing Mytube settings in etc/enigma2/settings to get rid off some searches. To edit the settings I'm using WinSCP and after saving the settings and restarting WinSCP the settings are as edited. This confirms that the edit was done correctly.

But when I restart Vu+ Uno the Mytube history remains the same unedited and the settings file returns to as it was before it was edited.

Thanks for your quick reply. Only used telnet once to change password. Which command should I give to telnet to edit mytube settings.

1.Modify etc/enigma2/settings part which you want
2.Restart receiver over telnet using reboot command
