English Premier League Games with English Audio

Hi guys
I have a fixed dish with mono block, I get hotbird 13 and astra 19.
I usally work saturdays was off work yesterday, I wanted to watch a 3pm game. I know sky italia and sky germany stopped the english audio a few years ago, but ealier on in the season canel+ (spain) was still doing english audio, but yesterday I could not get english audio, has english audio gone on canel+
where is english audio available for 3pm games on saturdays, do I need to go to another satellite, thanks hope you guys can help
