enigma2-plugin-extensions-lcd4linux: Fix pointless loop and a few recipe fixes

DEPENDS list is pointless. Since the compilation doesn't actually exist either, just
replace it with a Python compile step so that the plugin starts quicker, uses less
flash and can actually be uninstalled.
