EPG che non si aggiornano

Da sempre ho problemi con gli epg. In pratica mi devo posizionare su un determinato canale e aspettare che si aggiornano. Ogni volta che accendo la tv nelle liste canali non vedo mai gli EPG e nemmeno con WebIf. C'è qualcosa da configurare o installare per avere gli epg sempre visibili e aggiornati ?
