EPG not working

Try this in telnet commands:

opkg install python-pkgutil
opkg install xz

reboot and test again CrossEPG

Of course, this will only help if you have not installed these python files.
If you already have ,then problem is somewhere else.

If you have BH 3.0.4 A
CrossEPG working.

You have to config storage device HDD or USB in crossEPG>>>Configure
(here you can also config Scheduled download)
You have to download or config provideres for witch you like to have EPG
>>>XMLTV providers (direct download or config provider/s for download)
you can also use download now in CrossEPG Menu to download epg from provider/s
you have config in XMLTV providers e..t.c

If not working try to delete old epg files in

/media/hdd/crossepg/delete files here
or
/media/usb/crossepg/delete files here

Download EPG again.

My EPG wasn't working, was driving me nuts trying to get it going, this was great, all working well again, thanks for this info.

CrossEPG on my Solo 4K does not work anymore, the network is OK so I do not know what's wrong

replace your "underscore" with a normal space, "opkg install python-pkgutil" should be three words, the same with "opkg install xz"

What are the Rytec srttings ( providers) to download, Poland channel,13E, German Sky , 19E and Spain movistar 19E?
There are so many rytec providers, i don't know which are

Hi guys, on vu+ solo SE with blackhole 3.0.5 .K I'm using CrossEPG. I already selected the providers (italy basis, sk*, sports..) and they are correctly downloaded in the crossepg folder inside the correctly mounted hard disk. Even if I already know it was not necessary via telnet I wrote the 2 commands: opkg install python-pkgutil and opkg install xz. But nothing to do I don't see any epg running. Anybody can help me?

Based on the source code of the text of this plugin, it should support several sources of EPG for the provider

Can anyone give an working example of provider.conf for this case?
