EPG REVERTS TO INTERNAL FLASH

Hi - Why does the epg revert back to the internal flash on a vu+duo with any blackhole image ?. Im currently running BH 1.7.9 on my genuine duo. yet regardless of where i set my my epg to downlaod, after a day or so it reverts back to saving the epg on the internal flash. I have tried several USB memory sticks and different 3.5" and 2.5" drives, yet it always reverts back to the internal flash. I have no such problem on my VU UNO, where it downloads onto the internal hard drive and it has never reverted back to the internal flash., im using the same bh 1.7.9 image for the uno. Is this a hardware problem that the manufacturers have failed to fix or is it a software problem that the makers of the bh images havnt yet fixed. With a vix image it never reverts to internal flash...come on guys fix this issue or find a solution as i really like the bh images.
 
how do you know it reverts to internal flash? do you have epg files on your stick?
I've read somewhere that EPG path is not reverting to internal flash, that's only configuration bug.
Simple saying - if you've already set EPG path to USB just leave it as it's and do not go back to configuration menu any more.
And your EPG path should be set to USB.
Just test it - I don't have duo any more
