External HDD on VU+ Uno problem!!

Hello, I nstalled external hdd in Media/ Hdd ....recorded a program no problems but when the box is rebooted it doesnt see the hdd and has to be initialised again??
I'm using Black Hole 1.6.6 . Ca you tell me please, how to fix it.

With filesystem are you using?

Maybe try formatting in FAT32. Just a thought :confused:
 
I have problem mount External USB HDD (PATA disk in USB box). Device is detected as /dev/sda. I expecxted /dev/sda1. There is no problem with power, cable, disk, partition or format. USB HDD disk is connected within USB/PATA box. The problem is probably in kernel drivers as seen in this forum see firs & last post. I attached logs before USB hdd connected and after connecting it. It is not simple problem, it needs developer's (kernel/software) look

External USB HDD: problem is SCSI error: return code = 0x10070000. It is kernel/software problem. Please, correct it!
