good morning.when my ultimo is booting the fan makes too much noise.after booting is continuing but with lower noise.vu has spare parts???if need it ti change it???

Mine too is very noisey. I bought my Ultimo from 'Goldwafers' last year for £530. I contacted Goldwafers about the issue and they told me to remove the fan and clean it out, (it's not even dirty). Failing that they told me to replace it with another one from a laptop etc..
Now, that's rubbish customer service for you! You would have though they would have shipped a replacement out free of charge!
