Fast plugin setting resets after a GUI restart

I thought it was me... but with the last 4.3 I need to set the Fast plugin (2xGREEN) after each GUI restart because it looses the setting. Never happened before. I've tried many times just to be sure I was not doing something wrong, although I've always used this function in the past OBHs, but it's not my fault. ;)
 
I thought I should try with a different plugin and... surprise! It works. So, for some unknown reason, the issue affects only this specific plugin. Bizarre.
