Favorite channel list lost

Hello,

I have noticed several time the same issue:

- I have a VU+ Solo 4K with BH 309
- if there is a power cut, I loose my favorite channel list (which I created and uploaded with iDream X for Mac), it means that my favorites disappear and after rebooting the machine I have the « by default » favorite list whereas the other parameters of the configuration remain unchanged.

I had the issue several time this year (with the last 3 versions of BH) and I am using iDreamX for years (as well as my VU+ & BH). So every time i have to upload my channel list again (that’s not to difficult but it is annoying especially if I am not at home and my family wants to watch TV !)

By "Favourite" do you mean the already existing bouquet in BH? I've never used it: I created my own bouquets and neither I've had such a strange issue nor I've read anyone else reporting it.
Try to do the same. Also, considering how low a UPC costs nowadays, I'd consider to use one of them, also because they are not only useful as UPCs but also to prevent electric overcharges.
