Hello guys,

I noticed that with my VU ONLY when watching movies on demand, remote control gives me the signal impossibility pressing the arrow to fast forward the movie.
Having seen my father use it regularly with the remote control of its smart TV Samsung wanted to know if it was a limitation of our set-top box or is there a plugin to be installed to allow this
