filesystem check on HDD on next reboot

Hello,

i wish to check the filessystem of my HDD on next reboot.
I'm using the plugin sky recorder and the database of this plugin is located on the HDD.
That's the reason, why the builtin filessystem check doesn't work.
Touch /forcefsck doesn't work, too.

Please help me! Thank you.
