2 days i've tried everything ,i press the chan- on time,the question i've got is after pressing chan- do i remove the usb ?

No, you leave the usb in, until it tells you it has finished, it will then say remove the usb and reboot.
 
Turn off the box from behind, put your flash usb in front(it should have the folder vuplus/uno in it), turn it on, wait for the message in the display press CH-, leave it there until it finishes, then shut it down from the main swith, and restart. Everything should be perfect.
