No, you leave the usb in, until it tells you it has finished, it will then say remove the usb and reboot.

You must press Chan - in the box; NOT in the RC

Turn off the box from behind, put your flash usb in front(it should have the folder vuplus/uno in it), turn it on, wait for the message in the display press CH-, leave it there until it finishes, then shut it down from the main swith, and restart. Everything should be perfect.
