Freezing on Sky channels only

Sorry I'm very new to all this and abit green my vu+ solo is freezing on Sky channels only and as stopped with most of the HD channels is there anything I can do?

Yes you can go and read the rules you agreed to on this board when you signed up, then you will know why you just got a ban for 7 days.
