From open Pli to Blackhole

Searching and searching, not found yet, i want to upgrade to Blackhole follow the instructions given but keeps booting into open pli and won't flash, tried several diferent usb sticks all formated fat32 nothing, what do i wrong?

Remove all other USB devices and you may have to unplug your HDD is fitted.

Good is used old usb too.
Best works this to 4gb and old.

Can you please tell us which VU+ model receiver you have?

Hi testing this but not working vu+ bloked in booting
