Could someone pls recommend a newbie friendly ftp pc program for my ultimo & if possible,a newbie guide on how to use the basics.

Go into the section Vuplus : Tools & Settings , U will find few tolls that could be used ( like Dcc or Vu & more), read about them and pick the one U like to use, most of them are easy to use!

i use dcc, always have done very user friendly, in my opion
