visto alcuni sviluppi che si vedono su altre piattaforme, volevo chiedere a chi sta dentro , se in un imminente futuro ci saranno sviluppi su kernel 3.x ?

A che versioni ti riferisci? Non mi sembra ci siano box che abbiano fatto il salto secco al 3.x ... In ogni caso l'upgrade di kernel è nell'aria.... ma non so darti ulteriori indicazioni in merito purtroppo :(
