Gaps in channel list - not sure where problem is?

Hi all

not sure if im posting in the correct forum but I hope so.

Anyway iv noticed that I have gaps in my channel list for some reason like it will say channel 4 leave a gap and then channel 5 ( this is just an example not whats actually showing)
does anybody know what the issue could be?

will it be autobouguets or something

I think the gaps will be the HD channels that S** have blocked
