get mpeg4 channel on eutelsat 16a an amos 5 at 17°e

there friend ... i get problem with blackhole image (from bh 1.7.9 to 2.0.5) when i try to get mpeg4 channel of amos 5 and eutelsat w3c. tp like

--10804 H TV Sat Africa DVB-S2 MPEG-4 30000-2/3 8PSK Sub-Sahara Africa

--11294 H DVB-S2 45000-3/4 8PSK Sub-Sahara Africa

--11356 H DVB-S2 45000-3/4 8PSK Sub-Sahara Africa

--12562 H TV Sat Africa DVB-S 30000-5/6 367-60500 Sub-Sahara Africa

--12604 H TV Sat Africa DVB-S2 MPEG-4 30000-2/3 367-60300 Sub-Sahara Africa

and on Amos 5 at 17°E

--11008 V DVB-S2 30000-3/5 QPSK 1-1

--11038 V DVB-S 1760-3/4

--11041 V DVB-S2 1594-3/4 QPSK 1 2

help me to find en issue for that:(
