'Ghosting' on some SD channels - SOLVED

Alright, so I got my first VU Plus Duo, setup A/V, Tuners, Network and sorted Bouquets.

Problem was after all this I found 'ghosting' type picture distortion on some SD channels. After a lot of reading then playing with settings i found the solution.

When setting up A/V, I used:

HDMI
1080i
60Hz (Change this to 50Hz and problem solved!)
