Grab Screenshot problem with HEVC Channels

Grab Screenshot does not work properly on HEVC Channels
tested on Solo 4K with bh 3.0.5.B

I can't test it under BH, at the moment, but it surely works under OBH. How do you grab?

I test through BOX_IP/grab .
I think this problem exists only on HD H265 Channels. i tested on 4k channels and it works fine

I now tried the same channels I had grabbed from by OBH (and which, as you can see, OBH skin reports as H265 channels) also by BH (that doesn't display the same info): but there was no problem at all.
This confirm a suspect I had when you posted this screen that the problem is not in BH but, generically speaking, in your PC.
I'd try another PC, if I were you.

As I said in the previous post this problem exists only on HD HEVC channels
For example on the following frequencies:
Eutelsat 16A :
DVB-S2 11094 V 27500 4/5 QPSK
DVB-S2 11055 V 27500 4/5 QPSK
Badr 26.0E
DVB-S2 12379 H 27500 3/4 8PSK
And all other HD HEVC frequencies on other satellites .

I hadn't noticed you were talking about HD and not 4K because there was nothing in your first message (where there are usually the infos about the issues a user encounters) and, above all, because in my satellites (13°E, 19,2°E and 28,2°E) there are NO channels which are HD and H265. Every H265 ones I had seen so far were all 4K.
So my question is: have you tried to grab pictures from 4K channels?
And also: I see that the 16°E HD H265 channels are all encrypted: my suspect is that your problem has nothing to do with the H265 but with the decrypting. If you can grab from 4K H265 FTA channels, this would be (in my opinion) a confirm of my hypothesis.

There are a couple of fta channels on the 16°e transponders, and I can confirm the issue.

I will report it, but i've no idea if it can be fixed or not.
