Hi all got a Solo box with Black Hole latest image and having trouble's initializing the Harddrive which is a 2tb Seagate,when i try it come's up with error : MKFS failed.It recognise's the harddrive with no problem's.I must also state i have meoboot running via rear usb with various image's on it and have black hole the main flash,doe's my harddrive have to be connected in rear usb port to work correctly,also can black hole work with a big harddrve.Any help would be much appriciated,and of course a .Cheer's.???? Puzzeled

Hi thank's for response the hdd is powered via plug to electric socket to main's and just one usb lead which is connected straight to front of solo box and hdd hope this is what you require.Cheer's..?????
 
Hi a rethink on Shiro's question what i should have said was the modem hub run's upstair's 30 meg via two tp-link plug's via ethernet lead's down to the solo box in front room then the hdd is powered via switched socket then single usb lead from hdd to front usb plug in solo,am i doing something wrong here.?????Confused.Cheer's
