hi folks having a problem with my duo box i cant record on it basically ive initialised the hdd but when i go to mount it.its not being picked up in the mount settings im picking my usb up which i have in the back for the epg but cant find the hdd its definatly there as it lets me initlialise it it even shows it in system info but cant mount it please help (be gentle with the technical data im not at all computer minded)

hard drive issue with vu duo

well ive narrowed problem down and this is where im at i can record on the hdd i can initialise it check the file system but when i shutdown and restart it loses all recordings if left on standby all ok but like i said if turned off and restarted i lose everything i need help folks thats not normal is it ??????????????????????
