Hauppauge WinTV HVR-900 DTT is detected but the signal is 0%

Hello everyone, I installed the image 3.0.2F but the Hauppauge WinTV HVR-900 is detected but the signal on DTT channels is 0%

auto scan doesn't find anything (I regularly set Europe dtt) and in the system there are no problems

It can be a driver issue?
