no writting on the box display.
just single RED LIGHT on the left side of the display.
i have tried the usb at front with orignal image (formated usb fat32 again) no result.
i have tried vu+util program with serial+lan cable it says start or restart the box. done that. NO RESULT.

please help

thank u in advance

You could try powering off completely, remove all connected USB devices, disconnect the internal HDD, remove the LAN connection. Leave it powered off for a few minutes.

Then try flashing it with a USB key that you know works with the Duo.

Try a bootloader ugrade

** Brief explanation of DUO's bootloader update **

1. Unzip the duo_cfe_3_0_usb.zip to USB stick.(There should be /vuplus/duo/cfe_cfe_auto.bin)
2. Insert USB stick into the USB port of duo and power on the box.
3. It takes just a few secs to update.
4. If Duo displays the message "Finished..reboot", remove the USB stick and restart box.
5. To update 6.0 image, you should delete the cfe_cfe_auto.bin at /vuplus/duo in USB stick once bootloader update is finished.

Did your try to keep it without power for few hours?
Sometimes this could make you dec restart then, but i'm afraid you sould make it repair :(
