HDD not mapped in 2.1.4

Hi,
After flashing my DUO to 2.1.4, I am not able to Map my internal HDD.
I always get HDD NOT MAPPED message.
In device manager, after mapping my HDD through Mountpoints. It goes to reboot to take effect the changes. One booted, it is again goes to HDD not mapped in Device manager.
Please advice.

Turn you box off leave it for 2 miuntes then pawer back on and try mount your hdd if still the same go back to 2.1.3
do all you set ups and backup yor setting then flash new image it will do the job
