Internal HDD probem

You can, if you wait for the system to the ok disk to boot process to the system, as you indicate that it is broken, it does not.
As it is a DUO2, if you have more than 4 tuner, the blind search does not work, it is not correct, now it takes 20 minutes, at the end it says it can not find channels.

Puede, si se queda esperando el sistema a que el disco de ok al proceso de arranque al sistema, como indicas que esta roto, no lo da.
Como es un DUO2, si tienes mas de 4 tuner, la busqueda ciega no funciona, no es correcto, ahora tarda 20 minutos, al final dice que no encuentra canales.

Of course. If your system is able to boot only when you disconnect the HDD (and the rest is in the same situation, like external USB devices) then it's the HDD the problem. Otherwise, disconnect everything from USB ports and leave only the HDD connected to have the final proof.
Then, simply try another HDD: after all, this is the simplest try possible

The DUO2 power supply has good components (6 years) and works well.
As the partner says, check, the good thing is that they sell the power supply as a spare.
Remove the tuner to lower consumption to the minimum and try again.

La fuente de alimentacion del DUO2 tiene buenos componentes (6 años) y funciona bien.
Como indica el compañero, revisa, lo bueno es que venden la fuente de alimentacion como repuesto.
Quita los tuner para bajar el consumo al minimo y prueba de nuevo.
