gonna fit a hdd to my duo what speed is best ? been looking at a samsung sata 3.5 1TB Hard Drive HD103UJ 7200 rpm would this be ok

Hi Speed HDD is not needed with Satellite Receivers.
Better Select The most Quite HDD you can Find.
Low power consumption is something to consider also.
