HDMI In/Out passthrough on VU+?

Hi all

For VU+ devices that has a HDMI In port, do anyone know if the audio/video signal on HDMI In can be forwarded to HDMI Out when device is 1) Off, 2) Standby or 3) On?

I was looking for HDMI In information on the official VU+ web pages since I don't currently don't own a device, but it was a bit incomplete I think.
