I am the new owner of a vu+ultimo attached to a small motorised system and as yet I do not have sufficient knowledge to ask intelligent questions. I really do need to start with the basics. I apologise, in advance, if my questions are really simple. I was advised by the man who installed the box that this was the best place to get the help I require.
