Hello,vu+ultimo question

Hi,
I already own a vu plus zero4k which I am very happy with. I would like to upgrade to a vu + ultimo but I am interested if the latter allows me to zap between two different cable operators to which I subscribe. If so, what tuner configuration you suggest me considering that I also have a satellite dish.
