Can someone help me get it back please

I have tried flashing it and get nowhere

I still have a black screen. I tried changing the output from YPbPr to Scart and also to HDMI/DVI but its the same on all ports...- Black screen.

On the Duo display you have seen the progress of flashing with "Reading USB","Erasing" and "Programming" words?

My problem is that I installed Meoboot on my VU+Uno box and now I would like to remove it.
The reason is that when I reboot my VU box it first comes up with a black hole logo which shakes left to right for about 20 seconds and then loads Meoboot. I leave the box to boot up by it's self, and thats where my main problems starts. It goes in booting mode and it takes about 10mins or more for the system to fully load so that I can watch T.V.
I am not using a USB stick or a hard drive as it is not mounted, and not been formatted in ext3. I installed Meoboot by accident. I'm new to this game.
Any ideas:cry:

It is very difficult to figure out exactly what you did
because MeoBoot can not be installed without mounted and formated USB stick.
Perhaps is the best way install image again

Hi Matrix10
I don't know if this is a silly question but how do you re-install the image again?
P.s Thanks for your reply

I have tried re-installnig the image from the usb stick and it just goes into Meoboot then into the booting mode and just hangs for 10mins and then starts up as normal. I have also done a factory re-set and still getting the some problem. The only time that the Vu+ box booted up fast was when I took out the Rj45 cable. It seemed to boot as normal. I am only getting this problem when I fully re-boot the box.

Hi
Just to let everyone know that I have sorted out my VU+uno. I forgot to put the Uno folder into the main Vuplus folder.
If you are new to this game, remember that if you need to reflash your box you need to make a vuplus folder (the main folder) then put the uno folder into the vuplus folder. Thanks for all your help you know who you are. I'm learning.
