Help ! I can't reproduce records from my hd

Hi guys ! I have the Solo 2 twin tuner receiver. I don't have any problem to do records on my hd. However, when I try to reproduce the records in the BH player, I can't so the screen turns in black. Any idea to fix this problem ?
